There are two foundries  №195 and №108 at the enterprise.

Two automatic molding lines of firm Kunkel Wagner (Germany) have been installed in the foundry №195. The output of automatic molding line is to 5 and to 10 molds per hour respectively. The size of the molding flask is 2900×1700×500/500 mm.

The automatic molding line of the firm Kunkel Wagner (Germany) has installed in the foundry №108. The output of automatic molding line is up to 20 molds per hour. The size of molding flask  1600×1200×500/500 mm.

The products for mining, crane equipment and etc., are also produced at the enterprise.

Besides the production of the castings with aid of automatic molding lines in the foundry №108 the shell casting, casting at the molding machines and casting into sand molds are carried out at the foundry №195.

The shell casting: mass of casting part is up to   15 kg, the size – up to 500×600×300 mm ( it is specified depending on part geometry).

Molding machines: mass of casting part – from 30 kg up to 3000 kg, the size up to 1200×1200×700 mm at the 17ton molding machine and up to  1000×800×700 mm at the small machines mod. 235m (it is specified depending on the part geometry).
